FRIENDSHIP, NOT FORCE
The mind is like an elephant.
Rooted in the ancient Himalayan tradition, Samatha is the art of becoming friends with ourselves. In this core Bliss workshop, we explore the Nine Stages of Meditation through understanding and practice.
The first in a three-part Bliss series.
YOUR GUIDE
Meet Dhruv.
Dhruv’s search for lasting happiness led him to leave everything behind and spend a year and a half in the Himalayas, living and learning in various ashrams and monasteries. Dhruv now guides online and in person retreats, sharing the practice at the heart of Bliss.
